Health Guarantee
As buyers ourselves and with our online presence we do understand how important it is to know that your new baby will be healthy when bringing them home and for years to come after. Knowing the arising number of what we call "COVID BREEDERS" charging lower prices and cutting corners to make their profit where they can, we want our buyers to know we stand behind our puppies 100%. This means we guarantee that our puppies are isolated from potential exposures and vaccinated for further health. Our vets do a full physical on our puppies checking that every aspect of their little live is as expected. If we have any concerns or our vet has any concerns puppies are held until cleared.*
- We limit the amount of exposure the puppies have to outside presents by separating them from any contact beyond ourselves for their first few weeks of life. As we begin weening from mom they will have more interactions with our other pugs and family members, increasing over time until they are ready to leave our care. Puppies are NEVER allowed outside unless traveling to and from the vet office and our home. However they are isolated in a carrier when making this trip so that puppies never have direct contact with the ground inside the vet our outside.
- When puppies are picked up we guarantee their health up to their next required vet visit. This means any health issues that arise due to any negligence or exposure while they were in our care. This does not however account for any negligence or exposure that may have occurred once the buyer has picked up the puppy or if the buyer used a service to have puppy picked up and delivered to them/or a doggy day care type facility.
- If something does happen we will cover all vet costs, and in extreme circumstances a new puppy or refund depending. We will either take back puppy and proceed with vet care or require a full vet record indicating the health issues present so we can consult our vet before moving forward.
- Communication is very important when it comes to our health guarantee, If there is any type of health issues present it must be communicated to us immediately so that we are aware of it for not only the other puppies from that litter but so that we are aware we will possibly need to address it with you as a buyer in the near future. However, if you wait until after the end of our guarantee to make any notifications of a health issue that started earlier on we will not cover the costs due to communication negligence.
OUR EXPECTATIONS
Much like our buyers have high expectations of our care and the health of our puppies we also have high expectations for our buyers. We will educate buyers on the importance of not taking puppies to public places or parade them around without being fully vaccinated. We take our puppies care very serious and only want the best for them and their forever homes.
*Puppies see the vet a second time to be cleared if vet has any concerns. In the event the puppy cannot go home we will discuss a second puppy if available, a puppy in a future litter or a full refund of deposit.*
